Dr. David D. Cook, DO
Dr. Cook is a D.O. physician who is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He obtained a degree in Osteopathic Medicine at Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado. (Accredited the same as the OSU medical schools in Tulsa and Tahlequah.)
After graduation from medical school, Dr. Cook completed three years of Residency Training, and all the requirements for Board Certification in "Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment".

Dr. Cook ended his clinical practice and is now a full-time professor of medicine. He previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Medicine at OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cherokee Nation; as well as an assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Smith Arkansas.
